With 20 years of speaking, consulting, and more importantly, in-the-trenches experience, Kevin is known to challenge the status quo in ways that lead to enlightening insights and radically different ways of working. This doesn’t just lead to mediocre gains, but huge improvements to company culture and bottom-line business results.
Kevin has worked with organizations such as NASA, AT&T, Lowes, Dell, HP, and many others.
He earned a bachelor\’s in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a master’s in Human Performance Technology from Boise State University. Kevin lives outside of Portland, Oregon with his wife and eight children.
